This recipe packs a flavour punch with the perfect balance of sweet, salty and spicey with a finger licking sticky finish - using 1 packet of Mulgowie Corn Ribbettes.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean pepper paste)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
- Bake, airfry, bbq or oven your ribbettes following the instructions on pack.
- Coat the cooked ribs in the sauce and return to cook for a further 5mins.
